Outgoing Dutch Envoy Meets Chief Adviser Prof Yunus in Farewell Visit

Dhaka, August 6, 2025: André Carstens, outgoing Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, paid a farewell visit to Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Carstens presented the lyrics and a video of a song he performed in tribute to the Gen Z-led July Uprising, according to Chief Adviser’s Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder. Special Envoy on International Affairs Lutfey Siddiqi and Principal Coordinator for SDGs Affairs Lamiya Morshed were also present at the meeting.
