Dhaka, July 5, 2025 – The Embassy of Nepal in Bangladesh hosted a reception this evening for Bangladeshi journalists and media professionals, underscoring the vital role of media in fostering friendship between the two nations.
In his remarks, Ambassador Ghanshyam Bhandari praised the media for their contributions in “telling stories” that reflect the trust, mutual respect, and growing cooperation between Nepal and Bangladesh. He expressed gratitude to the journalists for their role in deepening bilateral bonds.
Ambassador Bhandari also highlighted recent advancements in Nepal-Bangladesh relations, emphasizing progress in trade, connectivity, energy, education, tourism, and people-to-people contacts. The event served as a platform to celebrate the shared commitment to strengthening ties between the two countries.
