Starting 15 July 2025, international students applying for a UK Student visa may no longer receive a vignette, or visa sticker, in their passports, according to a new update from the UK government. This change is part of the Home Office’s move toward a digital immigration system.
However, the vignette will still be issued for student dependants and main applicants applying for visas other than sponsored study or work routes.
